Obelisk

A lovely frosty morning, bright and crisp.  We got ourselves ready to go and visit Grandma and headed off late morning, getting there just in time for some lunch.  TT’s sister and husband were already there when we arrived and lunch was waiting on us.  Before the nice day disappeared,  TT and I and Auntie E and Uncle J went for a walk into town to get some fresh air, leaving BB to look after Grandma. 

Later the men went to check us all into a local hotel and we ordered an Indian takeaway – so much food.  We were well fed and there was lots left over for another day.  BB watched a movie on Grandma’s new super-duper TV and then we all departed for our hotel.  Although it was dark, BB declared we had a view of a shed!!

The obelisk was all lit up in the Market Square.
