One of many

It seems as though New Zealand is putting up new buildings everywhere. Few of the buildings are affordable housing for those on lower incomes, whether renting or owning. Also there is such a lot of work on roads and other infrastructure. Perhaps proving the point that a National Party government builds nothing, knowing that when the next Labour government is voted in there will be a flurry of building, and then the people will throw them out as their pet projects weren't among those favoured and at least started. And the cycle repeats.

The church spire seemingly below the crane is some considerable distance further away from the camera than is the crane. It would not have been built with a crane like the one in the photo.
