Mushrooms stuffed with olive tapenade

Gutsy flavours in this dish. Large mushrooms with an inviting cavity for filling are so convenient. I dehydrated the whole items but it would have been just as nice, quicker, and fresher looking if I'd just marinaded the mushrroms first.
