Raise your glass ...

Raising our glasses at a wine tasting event today.

Another full on day starting with the conclusion of our Friday bible study. Always a sad time but also the excitement of starting a new one in the new year.

Baked a cake for an order tomorrow and then went to town to meet Martin and friends, who had invited us, for the wine tasting event.

It was a selection of Italian wines, which we know very little of, but were delighted to learn and enjoy. Even tasted a wine from Sting called Roxanne, excellent it was too.

Good start to the weekend!
