The Wykeham Arms

This Winchester pub has been called the best in England (though how anyone has the brass nerve to say they've tested all of them is beyond me ;)))  It's just outside the City's Kingsgate and as it now has a Christmas tree stuck in the doorway I was going to blip it for BobsBlips' WidWed challenge this week.  However, the hot air balloon got it the way of that.

Nevertheless, I'm dedicating this to Bob, who's shown us so many lovely Welsh pubs.

Not a lot else to say.  Spent another afternoon with OG.  We went to a small concert of carols, sung by the Alresford Community Choir.  The event ended with tea and crumpets, which went down well with the old folk (and me).
