Already in the BlipBigYear Challenge but counting as number nine in my own personal birdie captures for 2013 .... my aim is 52 different birds this year.

On large you can see the little feathers sticking out on the front of his neck.

Taken through the window (again) and I just missed Mr Puffed-Up-Feathers Jay bouncing about under the apple tree .... but he saw me and was off like a flash.

Thank you so much for all your comments, stars and hearts for the dangly catkins on Monday - we fleetingly visited the spotlight page - for about 30 minutes!!! Yay!
