Bursting into red

We were at an appointment this morning.

Then bus to Westbourne for coffee and bread (Mr B wanted a baguette - Petit Prince was closed).

So took the bus back to Boscombe to get his Polish sliced bread, the one he wanted wasn’t delivered today. So in the end he bought a Hovis in Sainsbury’s – not my favourite, but delighted to see it’s vegan. The bus miles we do for bread!

Then headed home, concerned I hadn’t seen anything worth blipping. Spotted these pretty red berries near the entrance of our block. Pleased to support Biker Bear, who lamented the downturn in Floral Friday entries. Can’t guarantee I will be a regular as whilst enjoying flowers/plants, I rarely photograph them.

Overcast and very mild today. Even talk of 15C in Aberdeen on Sunday. Hope our blipfriends are all safe in Oz. Not seen any news from ‘hobbs’, last was on the 26th Seems like the heatwave has returned there. Not good news for them and all the dedicated fireys and volunteers etc.

UPDATE:  Good news, hobbs is ‘back’
