A stroll by the river

Gill decided she wanted to go shopping in Stratford this afternoon, so I went for a walk along the Avon downstream to  Lucy's Mill Bridge and back into the town to meet up at the Rohan shop.  The town was not heaving, but there were plenty of people about and spending money too! Our shopping was a success and I spent a while looking for a composition with some good light on All Saints Holy Trinity* and the bridge.  Nothing particularly good at the bridge, but I liked this viewpoint onto All Saints Holy Trinity.  More of an exercise in deciding where to put the tree branch in relation to the spire than anything else,  but I don't dislike the result.
