Wide Wednesday . . . Weather

Today was strangely still with heavy haze and and when the sun did appear it was casting an orange glow.  The smoke particles from the Australian fires have once again been blown this way.  In the afternoon we went and saw the in laws.  The blip is his few rows of grapes the variety of which I can't remember.  Nelson usually has the highest sunshine hours in New Zealand.  I am assuming that sunny weather helps to grow grapes.  In this blip there is no blue sky just the grey haze.
Thanks Bob for keeping it wide.  I look forward to seeing a round up of the weather from blipland.
