Another long dog walk today and first spinning class of 2020 which was hard work! It feels like a small thing but there are lots of changes happening at the gym and I spoke to some worried members who expressed needing at least one thing in their lives right now to feel certain and steady! I know what they are saying! The world feels like a scary, unstable and unpredictable place and those few places that feel safe and predictable are important.
