Happy Epiphany

As quickly as it came, the Christmas season has gone! No more Christmas pudding until next year.

Another dog walk around Gibside, this time with hubby who, like me, is off work for the week. The volunteers were zipping around the grounds in their vehicles removing all the Christmas trees. We sat in the courtyard for a while drinking hot chocolate, then in the bird watch observing three woodpeckers (see extra - though not a great photo on my phone. My 'proper' camera was being charged up ready to make use of again!)
Back home to daughters and boyfriends who were all working/ studying. Made a mountain of fish fingers to feed them sandwiches and also made a veggie curry for the evening meal.
Then set off into central Gateshead with my eldest daughter who had spotted a huge bag of wool of all colours for sale on Facebook. Collection was straightforward & she was very happy with her purchase.
Yoga class on the evening whilst hubby had a swim.
