Slice of lime?

You will have to trust me that these are limes... because they are on mono they could be lemons.

So lime rhymes with *ime which is the theme today so I hope it is acceptable, albeit not very imaginative!

I started the morning with a run - 6 miles in the dark which I managed to do before the bad weather hit!

I did take a tumble today although not on my run! I was shutting the carpark gate at work and caught my foot underneath it! It made me fall all the way to the ground! It hurt my body as well as my pride and as the day has gone on my foot has started hurting more and more!! I hope it’s ok tomorrow!
