Speaking to the family

I'm a bit amazed how we quickly we get used to things and take them for granted.
When we first arrived in Sweden, 40 years ago, it cost so much to phone England we only did it on special occasions. Then it got cheaper as various special deals arrived. Eventually Skype arrived and we could talk for free, from work, where they had broadband. Then live video came along. Now we have cable wifi at home and can choose between various systems (we use WhatsApp) that are free and can be used from home, or even on the move.
Here Jan is chatting to the family in England, showing them one of her pictures. We can talk for unlimited time, and see each other, all for free!
And the strange thing is, we just take it for granted. But it does make life a lot more fun!
