Just sitting in the rain........

What a surprise, another day of pouring rain.  I had things to do inside and the weather didn't encourage outdoor photography.  As usual I took a few shots early "just in case.

I didn't take anything better as the day went on.  Well there was the Red Squirrel but I have done a few of those recently.  So I have settled on this Woodpigeon (Columba palumbus) sitting on top of the bird table.  Rain drops can be seen on the feathers and the light downward streaks in the background are rain.
