Upgrade

Many years of digital photography have rather filled my hard drives.  (I probably don't cull my images sufficiently).  So I decided to replace one of the 2TB hard drives in my computer with a 6TB drive.  The easy bit was physically replacing the drive inside the box.  Getting it working was very easy as well (I had feared that I might have difficulty getting Windows to recognise the high capacity.)  Now comes the slow part - transferring all the data from the old drive to the new one.

I started it early this afternoon.  The current estimate is that it should be ready by breakfast tomorrow.
