Winter ash

Another grey and gloomy day - no point travelling very far afield in such conditions, so I spent a while playing with double exposures in our local woodland. I love the shape of the winter ash branches. So far, ash dieback hasn't really become established at Thorpe Wood, which is partially isolated from infection because of its urban situation. It's rampant in many of the more rural woodlands nearby, so it's probably only a matter of time.
