Glimpses

I looked up and there was blue sky! Berry was bouncing and birds blethering - it felt like spring, especially with snowdrops peeping through the woodland bank.

Back home to clear and clean before visitors and my vacuum cleaner finally gave up. It's been acting up the past few times but today it would only work when the body was at a certain angle so I'm afraid that was it. I was out that door to get a new one like a shot and bought it in 5 minutes, mainly because our friends arrive early in the morning and the kitchen floor was crunchy underfoot. I shall tell them how expensive their visit is ;-)

A curry take away tonight as we have both been on the go all day.
