Cheese?

It does look like cheese, doesn't it. Look closer at the labels. It's actually handmade soap! My dad and I went out for coffee and apple strudel (and cream, of course) this morning, and afterwards wandered along to the local market. We went with the intention of seeing our friends who have the little SNP tent there. We do not necessarily support the SNP, but go along just to say hello to them! Having chatted to them for a while and had a nice catch-up, we wandered round the rather limited selection of stalls and came across this "cheese"! I think it is a shame, in many ways, that markets in Britain do not work the same as they do in France. Scottish markets seem to sell mainly gifts of the sort you might give your great-aunt,  along with 'tourist tat', and expensive food that you don't really want. I like the way the French often buy their everyday produce at markets.

It was a lovely restful day. We watched 'Big Hero Six' in the afternoon. It is one of my favourite films, being very, very funny, and nobody dies. I would highly recommend it, although it is quite crazy. The boy and his marshmallow-shaped robot get chased by a scary-looking man in a mask who can telepathically control his miniature flying robots, which he stole from the boy. Maybe more than 'quite' crazy!
