Neglected

This wall and adjoining metal barrier is not far from our house. I feel sorry for the residents in the houses that front on to this eyesore.

In the 21 years we have lived here and probably passed by this "fence" most days either by car or on foot , we have watched its deterioration.

A couple of weeks ago a quad bike demolished the front section of the wall - the section of metal fence that was also demolished has been thrown onto the opposite grass verge. Needless to say the quad bike drove off very quickly.

We reported the above to the local councillor at the village hall event yesterday. They were unaware of the wall's destruction and said they will find out who is responsible for the 50 metres or so of crumbling wall and corroded metal fence.
