Another good day of discussions and various meetings....gathering views and information and reciprocating,
Also good to have another day of being better with food....porridge, carrot soup and then made mushroom and walnut bolognese sauce with pasta for supper....wonder how long I'll be able got keep this up?!
When I left the office it was hideous weather - pelting with rain - I got soaked on the way home...yuk!
