What Planet is this?
It's my outer space breakfast
with apple compote

We can't see the apple compote here, but this lovely bubbly surface is that of my freshly cooked cassava flour crepe/pancake.  I'll be talking about that one of these days. It's part of a new dietary experience of cutting out bread and all gluten and a few other things too!
