Wee Scotty Dog treat

Weather not too great so it was Dobbies this afternoon where brother bought seed potatoes and onion sets and I picked up a bowl of pink hyacinths almost in full flower discounted from £6:99 to 89p. Whilst out could not resist a trip to Sainsbury’s as I was out of fresh and frozen berries. Picked up some yellow label raspberries, blueberries and pineapple all reduced by 50% but used willpower to resist a larger shop of yellow label produce (will leave that till tomorrow) and hope the range available is as extensive as today’s. After shop it was a visit the the Sainsbury’s cafe for a coffee and some mini Scotty Dog shortbreads. Note I, unlike some, was able to avoid the higher calorie delights available in the cafe with my indulgence only clocking up 120 calories.
The cafe at Sainsbury’s is one of the best and cheapest places in Stirling to get a good cup of freshly ground coffee and the mini shortbreads are deliciously buttery - a real treat.
