Saturday is reduced price item shopping day

Think I have enough vegetables for the week!! Today’s reduced price buys from Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s . Vegetables really good value at Sainsbury’s with most packs reduced to 44p or less!!

Saturday night’s treat meal was made from reduced price items apart from tomato sauce (for the cauliflower rice) and the Greek yogurt and oatbran in the sweet. It was delicious and filling: might not need my usual Saturday night treat of some Deglet Noir dates but will have a wee wee glass of red wine to relax muscles and joints after morning Core Conditioning and Circuit fitness classes.
