MonoMonday315 Looking out of my bedroom window

When I looked out of my bedroom window this morning (after taking Violet to her before school childminder) it was all go in the street below.  We are having some garden works done, beginning with the replacement of some fence panels and a raised bed wall for which a skip is needed.  I've lost count of the number of times we've needed a skip here in the last 21 years and this won't be the last one.
The ladder just appearing in the left corner of the picture belongs to the window cleaner who just happened to arrive at the same time as  the skip lorry.
