Pointing the way!

This hyacinth has decided to take a different slant!  When I was given the bulb it had small pointed leaves and the root growth was quite obvious in the glass bulb vase.

As the flower started to grow it was obvious that it was not going to stand tall and straight and because there was no soil I couldn't stake it. 

Off to Fife tomorrow hoping to have a couple of good days before the expected gales arrive.
