Long day!

I had to get out at 9 am to go to the First Wednesday Networking Event at the Village Hotel.
And my mornings are still not great.
I took the car and was a little late, but there was no formal setting, just a big crowd mingling!
I dived in and it was busy and a lot of different people to talk to. No conversation was being long as someone else popped in the group introducing themselves. I needed coffee half way through to keep up with the pace! But it was worthwhile!
Irene, Peter and a few others I know were there as well.
Once it was finished at 11 am I caught up with Peter and was ready to go, when I saw Brendan from the FSB.
Instead of leaving, I had another coffee and a chat with him.
He is great and so much fun, and he genuinely likes me and wants to help me.
He introduced me to another guy, Greg - a musician and producer and social media specialist. Defo someone to talk to soon too.
I was home only at 1 pm and Dougie was waiting for me already.
His last weeks treatment was quite tough and he is still recovering. I have ordered some CBD oil for him on Monday. Hope it will be there before his next treatment next Wednesday!
He left around 2 pm and I checked with Libby if she still wanted to meet.
We agreed for 4 pm at William and I tried to catch up with my networking follow up.

Libby is fighting the same virus I do, and we complaint a bit to each other.
It is really getting annoying!
Back home before 6 pm I went back to my desk.
I had not heard from Neil yet and decided to start researching other Album Options, as my wedding couple wanted something else than I offered.
this took forever!!
It is incredible how much time I have already spent on this wedding - I would actually need to double my quote !

When Neil came home at 11 pm I was not done yet!
But I had eaten as I was starving a while before.

I finished my re-quotation with new alternatives and met Neil on the couch around midnight.

I was not ready for bed, but tomorrow I really need to get up before 7 am to get to the 200SVS Networking at 8:30 am .....
