Icicles

We had a bit of wintry weather on this day. It was raining when I woke up and went out onto the porch with the cat. But just a bit later, when I looked out again, it was snowing the biggest snowflakes I may have ever seen; it was really putting them down!

The snow eventually abated; we didn't get much accumulation, maybe two inches or so. But in the afternoon, the most amazing display of icicles appeared along the roof line. Most of them are pretty skinny, but look at that big boy over there!
