A new one

I love coming across new things and this doing the best I can would appear to be a long snouted leap hopper.  The first one I have seen.  Perhaps not quite a fit for love but I had to blip it.

In other news the power was restored at around 3.20 am this morning.  I woke up with the light on.  The trains are still in chaos but the ferries seem unaffected despite the amount of debris I saw charging down the rivers on Sunday (trees, nav buoys, etc).  The river water is very muddy still.

And as for Maggie, many thanks for the gifts for her.  She is curled up asleep next to me as I type this.   My brother took her to a friends nursery this afternoon where apparently there was a queue to have a photo taken with her.  She handled it well I was told but then she has been cuddled by countless people at Trish and Ralph's to ensure socialisation.
