I was meant to go swimming with a friend this morning but she cancelled, just as well because I was so tired this morning I actually stayed in bed till midday. I did some songwriting this afternoon after going for a walk and having a chat with my friend Sally on the phone.

Max, Gulliver and I watched the last episode of Sherlock Holmes starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, what a fantastic series! Max made a delicious dinner of salmon, sprouts and parsnips, Yum.
