Against the light

An overnight snow fall led me to get out and about this morning. This was captured in Carrs Park in Wilmslow, Cheshire where we regularly walk our dog.

Capturing an image against the light has always been difficult for me, so often I just end up with a silhouette. This hasn't worked out too badly, balancing the exposure of the foreground against the light I seem to have kept some detail. More practise needed but I like it anyway...
