Orchid

Another weekend, another storm (Dennis this time).

I spent the day listing lots of photographic equipment I've accumulated over the years and don't use anymore.  Most has been consigned to the loft so I was somewhat surprised how much had built up.  

In a lull in the photographing of objects I grabbed our Orchid, which is now coming into flower.  I so rarely use lighting in my photography, preferring natural light.  I could get into this and, if the forecasters are right and another storm is due in the coming days, I might need to brush up on these skills.
