Storm Dennis

Last weekend we were battered by Storm Ciara and this weekend Storm Dennis is giving us the same treatment, although here in West Essex, today at least, it is not as fierce as before.
Mr MC managed to umpire a hockey game this morning and I assisted with getting Violet to and from ballet before conditions worsened.  My shot is looking towards Zeus09mums house and features her silver birch tree, which fortunately is good at swaying with the wind.  The skies weren't quite as dark as this:  I did a little editing with the light and layering of several shots.
I wasn't quick enough with my camera to capture a large flock  birds riding  the storm as they flew home to roost.
