Flying-leap

Dawn......

......crept in with shades of soft apricot mingling with lilac and grey creating a peaceful atmosphere. Clouds were dark then moved into fiery shades during sunrise followed by soft grey and white as morning took a hold.

The sea was mostly calm as it rolled into shore and lapped around my shoes before quietly receding back into the sea. A light breeze got up, cries from gulls and terns could be heard along with the honk from Canada geese.

The beach got a little busy for a while, another photographer was taking some shots, some campers arrived to watch the sunrise seating themselves upon some driftwood, a couple of surfers were much further down the beach ready to take on the waves and there were the morning walkers along with some dogs.

The tide was out leaving many lines and textures, mini streams trickling along and sunken holes filled with water, the power of the sea is amazing.

It was lovely to have blipper mpp26 by my side, thanks M for another great time :)

There's some extras showing how the morning unfolded. Just wondering if there is a preference between the last two, thinking of patterns in the landscape.

Happy Tuesday everyone :)
