Round Berlin by S-Bahn and U-Bahn

Despite feeling fairly weary after a series of busy days, it was important to get out and about a bit today (not least as tomorrow is scheduled to be awful weather...). After breakfast we looked up some possible destinations and decided to go back to the photography museum C/O, which we visited to see an Irving Penn exhibition with my cousin J and her husband B in May 2018. Today's exhibitions didn't match up to that, but Ren Hang's Love gave us considerable food for thought, which we chewed over along with a light lunch in C/O's café afterwards. Again, preparing this blip has brought new insights, as I've stumbled across the Photography in Berlin site, which highlights a few other exhibitions we should try to take in whilst here.

Getting back to Neukölln proved slightly more complicated than expected, as the S-Bahn was off because of an incident on the line, so we took the U-Bahn to Alexanderplatz, visited Decathlon to buy some rechargeable bike lights that I'd heard about from DA, and then took a different U-Bahn back to Hermannstr. Quick visit to a different, and better, supermarket before back to the AirBnB.

Mr A is now cooking supper after a reasonably restful day, and in anticipation of a quiet evening in.
