My patch of wild flowers

I tossed a couple of packets of wild flower seeds just inside the front fence. They're an unexpected surprise viewed from the footpath and I see them from my bedroom. I'll try out more next year.

Behind them you can see that the podocarp (totara) hedge, is growing. It will provide shelter from the nor'easterly wind.

My brave little toe did well at spin and pump. I stopped part way through pump to take the shoe pressure off it. Two classes is a lot to ask of it.

Today's gratitude: For a gentle cruisey day.
