Always believe what the teacher says?

“You should attend the Saturday morning Core Conditioning and Circuits’s classes”. “They’re fun and you’ll really enjoy them.”
Well I always believe what the wise teacher says and today’s Blipfoto sums up feelings during and immediately after the classes.

It was as if someone was deriving sadistic pleasure from our masochistic efforts! It was tough, if not impossible at times, but also a laugh at times and a good feeling mentally when it was finished. Looking back at it now (12 hours latter) as an enjoyable experience even although at the time some of it was torture!!
