Border Tails

Four seasons in one day?

I saw some new lambs in a field in Cumbria yesterday, so decided to take a camera with me today just in case I saw some more on my journey to Bo’ness and Freuchie. I’m glad to say that I didn’t as they would have been frozen.

I stopped in a lay-by at the top of Soutra to get a shot of the snow which was blowing a blizzard. This was taken at ten to eight this morning, my extra of a wee bird catching the sun on the garden fence was taken at half past three this afternoon.
