Tournament success

I am not one to usually post family photos but just this once I can't not post one. My youngest grandson Jamie took part in a 6 aside football tournament against his local schools today.

I spent nearly 3 hours standing in quite cold conditons with my daughter. Luckily we had a couple of flasks of hot drinks to keep the chill at bay.

My grandson's team won every game they played and only conceded one goal throughout the whole tournament. Jamie aged 9 is a tough little defender. There were so many sides which meant there had to be 2 pools and 2 finals and he played for his school's B side. As it happened both the A and B side won their finals so a big well done.
