Getting back to home life

A day of clearing up after my week away. Two loads of washing and a lot of admin done.
We spent a delightful morning sitting in the sun on the Red House veranda. First drinking tea, chatting and catching up with e-post etc, then working  to clear the melting snow and ice from under our feet - both work and fun!
Later in the day we headed into town and the theatre for a monologue play. We see the action through the eyes of four characters, all played in turn by the same actor.  I enjoyed the play but talking about it afterwards it was hard to see what the point was. There was a story but what did it say?
Well, all plays can't be super successful!
