The National Museum of Scotland

A great day in Edinburgh.

We started off with coffee in Jenners and then headed up to the National Museum of Scotland. What a wonderful place to spend as much time as you have .... sadly we only had a couple of hours but it was certainly enough to whet our appetites for a return visit.

Then it was off to The Playhouse Theatre to see The Lion King .... a wonderful show in every way ..... characterisation, costumes, staging, effects .... so glad L suggested that we got tickets.

Then it was a quick tea and then the train back to; Glasgow.
