A Bit Blue

Day two of being home alone (apart from Percy and Douggie, who are not sparkling conversationalists). It's not weather for getting much done outside - cold and wet again, with a few blinks of sunshine. I went out for a very brief walk, so my blip is of some ivy berries growing in our hedge. 'Organic' is the theme for Abstract Thursday, These may not be abstract, but they are definitely organic.

Heard today that the rest of this term's Thursday singing has been cancelled because most of us are in the 'at risk' age group. Ouch! I think this is probably just the first of many such decisions. We're supposed to be going to a Highland Ball at the end of the month. My friend observed that it may well be a masked ball (and we'll all be wearing gloves). Well, it would be different.
