Felly, gyda'n hamser rhydd newydd penderfynon ni treulio diwrnod arall mewn enciliad - gan gynnwys eistedd wrth y pwll gyda phen wedi'i esgeuluso.  Baswn i'n dweud does dim problem gyda ni gyda 'hunan ynysu' - dyna beth rydyn ni'n ei wneud. Rydw i'n gobeithio bod pobol eraill yn gallu ffeindio rhywbeth defnyddiol a diddorol i wneud gyda'u hamser os maen nhw'n mewn cyfyngiad. Dymuniadau gorau i bawb ar yr adeg ryfedd hon

So with our new free time we decided to spend another day in retreat - including sitting by the pond with a neglected head. I'd say we have no problem with 'self isolation' - that's what we do. I hope other people can find something useful and interesting to do with their time if they are in confinement. Best wishes to all at this strange time.
