No Fear

After yesterday’s ‘No Worries’ blip, today I was amused to find this ‘No Fear’ graffiti sprayed on the sound barrier fence alongside the A1(M).


Graffiti is not something we suffer from in a big way around here - so just a bit annoyed to see it appear.

We still have colds - so we haven’t done a great deal today. I did find a box of mushrooms in the fridge which I had forgotten about - a bit past their sell by date, so I made some soup - added a few dried porcini mushrooms to the mix. Lunch sorted, plus a pot for the freezer! Very nice too.

The company that our son-in-law works for has ‘let go’ about 10% of its staff, with the possibility of more to come...they say that customers are cancelling contracts and not paying bills. British Airways is one of their customers, and we have seen the trouble they are in. They seem to have picked on those people who were ‘self isolating’ - a sad state of affairs.
