A new drum set

To a non drummer who was a real fan of the Muppets all those years ago, this looks like a good set to replace those played so hard by Animal week after week, or so it seemed then.

On Karangahape Road, just past the intersection with Queen Street is the Rock Shop, which occupies four or five Victorian era shops within the one terrace. As well as the drum section, there is one for piano/keyboards, one for digital, one for DJ, and (of course) one for guitar.

The last was frequented by S. Well; she would go at least twice a year, year after year, to seek help in presents for tsuken. I therefore regard her as responsible for his devotion to the electric guitar, which he plays extremely well. Still.

I chose this particular shot of the drums, because of the complexity and sharpness of the reflections of activity on K Road at 6:30 pm. Also because of the light catching the cymbals. Worth a look in large.
