They Wanted To Help......

...... Daddy clean uncle Christian's grave.  So, I gave them each a cloth and a couple of ornaments to clean.

Couldn't sleep this morning so went out for a really early walk.  Only saw a couple of people walking their dogs, on my way back home.  All the churches are shut, so even quieter than normal.

The weather has returned to being hot, 33c, but at least we have the sunshine to cheer us up.

We had some truly devastating news this afternoon.

The girls dance teacher is back in hospital, and has been diagnosed with cancer.

Alexandra and Tahnee have been friends since primary school.  She's the loveliest girl, who always has a ready smile,  and all the kids adore her.

She's had her fair share of tragedy.  Her Dad died of stomach cancer  when she was 16.  Her Mum had breast cancer a couple of years ago, but is now in remission.

She has 3 small children, but lost one child, after she had her first.  Her youngest is just over a year old.

We are not clear which type of cancer she has, we just know it's Lymphoma.  We are hoping it's Hodgkin Lymphoma, which has a good treatment rate.

But I do know that Tahnee will meet whatever is to come with a fighting spirit, and that beautiful smile.

Please, if you can, say a prayer for her.
