Trapped

We are so lucky living in a rural environment - two minutes walk to open country (20 seconds if I could climb over my back fence). So many people are going to feel trapped, especially in dense urban environments. The thought of meeting people (not something that happens much around here at the best of times) must weigh heavily.

I will continue to blip outside as much as possible - especially as I need to take the dog out for his  daily walks. Romping around the garden with a ball for a few minutes is not enough for him!

Mrs madwill is able to go to work to process on-line orders (which are still trickling in) - fortunately she is able to ‘self isolate’ whilst there and is not allowing visitors to the studio. Sadly however, the income is not going to cover the rent…not even close. So it looks as though our meagre savings are going to get plundered. On the plus side we are saving a fortune - I am not travelling to Doncaster twice a week, and there are no meals out and visits to coffee shops and random impulse purchases!

Our garden is getting a bit of a tidy up - something we have been putting off for a (long) while. The nice weather is helping the mood a little, dreading rainy days.
