Why, yes, I live here...

Newt is one of our three cats. She’s the indoor/outdoor kitty we “adopted” a few years ago when she stretched out on our doorstep looking for food. Each day she runs across the street to the neighbor’s yard. She looks right at home, doesn’t she? Because she was abandoned as a kitten she grew up outdoors and underneath this old barn was her safe place. New owners have since closed it up, thankfully, but she still returns to that spot daily. Notice she’s looking across the street at her forever home, where she’s loved more than she’ll ever know.
