Poppy

A California poppy, in what I guess is its natural environment. (You might need your lorgnette to see it). Very cold and gloomy up on the ridge, but worth the trip to see a sparkle of sun on the Pacific.
I'm sorry I've been rather absent when it comes to comments, and blips, lately - things are just so strange in general. I'll be doing some catching up!
