Photobomber

A fly-by gull and some power hungry cormorants.
The powers that be are restricting access to the baylands by closing the parking lots - although we are still welcome to go there by riding our bikes or walking. As the weather remains cold and rainy, I don't think it's making much difference to anyone. All the nearby office buildings are closed down, and there are plenty of parking spots that don't belong to the park. I wonder if they are in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act, though - why should living close by or being able to bike/walk a longer distance govern access to a public space?
