I went through a baking binge a few years ago. I was pretty obsessed thanks to the Great British Bake-off. I baked almost every day, trying things I never dreamed I’d make (baked Alaska for a friend, croissants, cannolis), mostly things my vegan partner Laurie doesn’t eat and things I shouldn’t eat. Now I occasionally turn out some bread or vegan cinnamon rolls. Focaccia is one of my favorites - it’s easy to make and so so tasty!
